This legal sector client needed to provide reliable, secure and seamless access across all thirteen floors of their new global headquarters. So, Natilik worked with Cisco and Palo Alto Networks to provide the client with a 360-degree view across their entire network, supported by an on-site engineer and Natilik’s 24/7 Tech Support team. Now, the client has access to the key network analytics that they require to improve their resolution performance and continue to roll out further sites across their business.

Challenge

The client’s legacy technology was becoming cumbersome, difficult to maintain and expensive to manage. Heightened by an on-going internal skills gap, the client’s internal team were often slow to troubleshoot issues when they arose, meaning they couldn’t maintain the exceptional network experience demanded by their key stakeholders.

Solution

The Natilik team proposed an industry leading software-defined network, with Cisco Digital Network Architecture (DNA) as the core management system. Supported by Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Palo Alto Networks next generation firewall (NGFW) the robust solution integrates into the client’s key applications, such as ServiceNow, to enable visibility across the network. In order to manage the client’s ongoing requirements, the Natilik team implemented Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) to ensure best practice is built in as standard every time. Should any problems arise, the client can rely upon a dedicated onsite engineer and 24/7 Tech Support team.

Outcomes

The client is now fully supported by industry leading technologies that deliver improved access, exceptional wireless performance and an enhanced user experience. Industry leading DNA infrastructure enables their networking team to gain access to the key network analytics and assurance required to troubleshoot issues and improve time to resolution. Moving forward, there is now a successful blueprint necessary for rolling out the remaining 28 sites, which will reduce the cost of future site deployments considerably.
