Seeing the rise in cyber attacks and security breaches, the client required a Collaboration solution that was zero-trust secure end-to-end, without compromising on enterprise-grade features and meeting quality.

Challenge

The client approached Natilik looking for guidance in re-imagining their global workplace collaboration environment, with recent events accelerating their requirement for secure and private communications. With all of their 1,000 users suddenly needing to pivot to work remotely, it was absolutely essential to the client to be able to meet and collaborate securely, whilst also continuing to drive business results regardless of their location.

Solution

Being a Cisco partner for over ten years and one of the highest accredited in the industry holding a quad master specialisation for security, networking, data centre, hybrid cloud and collaboration Natilik was identified as the client’s partner of choice.

After reviewing the requirements and taking time to understand the key business and technical drivers behind the project and what the team wanted to achieve, Natilik worked with the client to uncover how taking a people-centric, but also zero-trust approach to collaboration can help them to achieve seamless global communication.

Whilst these conversations were taking place, Natilik swiftly upgraded the client’s CUCM environment to version 14 to provide secure, reliable and scalable collaboration at speed whilst other discovery work was taking place.

Following the outcome of the discovery work, Natilik proposed the full Webex suite to the client, encompassing their Calling, Meeting and Messaging solution into one Enterprise Agreement to allow their organisation to flex and scale seamlessly.

Outcome

The client now has access to a Collaboration platform with security that’s built in, not just bolted on. Whilst never having to compromise on the most inclusive, engaging and flexible ways to connect and collaborate regardless of their location.
