The client was relocating to a new office in London and sought to implement new audio-visual and collaborative equipment across several meeting rooms to enhance business-wide collaboration. In addition to meeting room technology, they also required a seamless and intuitive booking solution for meeting rooms and open-area desks. As an existing client of Natilik, they engaged with the award-winning collaboration team to deliver a market-leading audio-visual and meeting room collaboration solution.
Solution
Following a series of site visits and workshops, Natilik designed a solution to provide a seamless and user-friendly video experience across various meeting room sizes. The thorough room profiling and detailed design, combined with the team’s expertise with Cisco’s native RoomOS, impressed the client as it enabled connectivity and flexibility across meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams. Alongside a suite of Webex devices, the rollout includes the UMA room booking system, which will directly integrate with the Cisco Control Hub to obtain metrics and data around live occupancy. Natilik will supply, install, and support all elements through its 24×7 Tech Support team.
Outcome
Once completed, the client’s new HQ will be powered by a range of different meeting experiences, including individual four-person meeting rooms, hearing rooms, six-person meeting rooms, and a divisible space that includes their Library and Boardroom. To support ongoing use, UMA will provide insights into room usage, including room analytics and occupancy data. Ultimately, the solution will give the client a next-generation meeting room experience for users, helping to make the London office a more collaborative, smart and empowering working environment.
