Natilik, the global it specialist, is delighted to announce that for the second year running it has been named second in the great place to work survey. Retaining its place in the medium sized business category is a testament to the business culture, management and people.
In it’s 20th year, the survey uses a range of vigorous techniques to determine the best businesses to work for in each category. Heavily based on employee experience, it is the only recognition programme that compares what leaders think to what they are delivering to their employees, and so identifying truly impactful workplace cultures.
This is the third year that Natilik has been ranked in the top three companies, a trend it hopes to see continue as it continues to grow.
