Challenge

The client came to Natilik looking to consolidate their disparate global collaboration platforms in order to empower employee experiences, improve operational efficiencies and reduce management overheads. It was imperative to the client to consolidate their global partner supply chain after calls from the business to drive down costs across all 65 of their sites.

Solution

The Natilik team designed and deployed a fully consolidated cloud-managed collaboration platform for calling, messaging, meetings and video conferencing across the client’s global sites. All 16,000 of their global employees are fully supported by Cisco’s Collaboration Flex licensing model and the Natilik 24/7 Tech Support service.

Outcome

The client’s global team are now able to collaborate seamlessly, regardless of their location. The consolidation of all platforms into one flexible solution drastically reduced management overheads and total cost of ownership, allowing the business to scale up or down depending on current requirements. Reducing the supplier chain from six incumbent providers to just one global partner has hugely improved the experience of both the client’s employees and customers, paving the way for future innovative projects.
